What is your Cancelation Policy?
We offer a 14 day cancellation policy. If for whatever reason you are unable to make it out on the water with us & you cancel 14 days prior to your trip a full refund will be issued
What happens if there’s bad weather the day of our trip?
Your safety is our number one priority. If weather is cooperating and it is unsafe conditions to go out, we will try to accommodate you party to a different date. If that date does not work with your schedule we then will issue a full refund.
How many people can you accommodate on a trip?
All of our trips are private, meaning you book us by the boat not by the seat. Per the US Coast Guard we are licensed up to 6 passengers. We have two boats so we can accommodate a total of 12 in a party.
Will there be a cooler on the boat?
Every charter we a cooler full of iced waters and plenty of room for whatever beverages you’d like to bring on your trip.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Absolutely! If you would please let us know when you are checking out that you have a food allergy in your party, this helps us be better prepare lunch for your party.
What do we need to bring the day of the charter and how early should we show up?
We ask that you please arrive 10 mins before your charter time. We provided a grilled lunch on all of our charters, fruit & light snacks. You will need to bring sunscreen (Reef safe if possible) , a towel (available upon request), hat and polarized sunglasses are suggested. Polarized sunglasses allow you to see all the sea life under water while traveling to our destination.
What should we NOT bring on the charter?

*NO FULL FACEMASKS
Do we need to bring snorkeling gear or fishing rods with us?
We provide all Snorkeling gear & fishing rods, no need to bring with you. (Full face masks are prohibited aboard)
